🏡 House Rules

1. Check-in / Check-out Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Use the wall key box behind the potted plant (left side of the entrance). The access code will be provided before arrival. Please return the keys to the lockbox at check-out.

2. Guest Registration (Legal Requirement) Italian law requires all guests to be registered. Please send passport or ID copies within 24 hours of arrival. Your data will be uploaded to the official guest portal.

3. Tourist Tax From July 2025, the Campomarino municipality applies: €1.50 per person per day. It applies to guests aged 10 and above and for a maximum of 5 nights.👉 Please leave cash on the kitchen table before departure.

4. No Smoking Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors. You may smoke outside using the ashtray provided.

5. Pets Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing in advance.

6. Quiet Hours Please respect neighbors Keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

7. Number of Guests Do not exceed the maximum number of guests agreed at booking.

Wi-Fi Router is located in the main bedroom.

Hallway Hang coats here Shoes can be stored in the wicker basket.

Kitchen Fully equipped with: Fridge & freezer Oven µowave You may use basic pantry items. Includes: Espresso coffee maker (for induction hob) Filter coffee machine Kettle & teapot Toaster ⚠️ When using the oven: Please use the glass dish with lid to avoid splashes. Dining Table Always use a tablecloth or placemat Use coasters for hot drinks (table & bedside tables)

Laundry Washing machine located under the stairs (opposite the bathroom) You may use the detergent Drying options: Outdoor drying rack (provided) Clothesline outside the kitchen window Water Heater Electric boiler located in the laundry room under the stairs Switch is next to the light switch ⚠️ (do not turn off accidentally)

⚠️ Important: Avoid multiple showers in a row → hot water may run out

Bathroom Shower has 3 modes: (i) overhead shower, (ii) hand held shower and (iii) shower Waterfall. Toilet paper: under the sink. Refillable hand soap available. Hairdryer in cabinet

Bunk Bed Room: only ventilation is the patio door; keep it tilted open at all times; open fully in the morning to air the room. Top shutter can be closed at night; door can be locked from inside and outside

⚠️ Opening: Outside → use the key (same set as main door) Inside → lift handle upward (not accessible to small children) Air Conditioning / Heating Works as: Heating in winter Cooling in summer

⚠️ Important (electric system limits): Do NOT use everything at once.  Avoid running simultaneously air conditioners, microwave, induction hob and washing machine

⚡ The house is fully electric → overload will trip the fuse Winter tip: If all 3 AC units are on, turn off at least 2 before cooking

Parkin:  Free parking available: Near Autoscuola Crolla (shaded spots available).  If full: Corso Marconi (near D’Uva Arredamenti or Bar Mary Joan) Near Lidl Cleaning

No cleaning service during your stay.  Optional cleaning & linen change available at a cost of €11 per hour
